This a challenge made by me, Rach. I am also the owner of 5 other sites:

If you'd like to join, please leave a comment on this post with your name, age, current weight, and goal weight.

 

RULES & GUIDELINES:

1. The challenge starts Saturday, December 10 and ends on Saturday, December 24.

2. Give me your points EVERY SATURDAY in a comment on a special post ONLY for your points! If you don't post them by the next day (a Sunday) you will be disqualified! (I'm sorry i have to do this, but its hard if you have to wait on a few people.) If you're going on Christmas vacation (like i am, thats why i had to make the challenge so short), you can still join the challenge, but you can't win. (Unless you can update on vacation)

3. The challenge will go on for 2 weeks, whoever has the most points at the end of the challenge wins. The prize is recognition on all of my sites, and i will add a link to your site on all of my posts for a month! Althought the biggest prize is obviously all the weight you'll lose.

4. PLEASE DON'T CHEAT! There are many reasons for this. 1. Its not making you lose any weight or be any skinnier. 2. You're cheating out other s who actually are doing what they say they're doing 3. Its just wrong

5. The people who reach their goalweight by the end of the challenge get 8 points on top of their total score.

Point System:

Calorie points :

0-100 calories : +4 points.

101-250 calories : +3 points.

251-400 calories : +2 points.

401-600 calories : +1 point.

601-800 calories : 0 points.

800+ calories : -1 point.

1000+ calories : -2 points.

Exercize points :

each 15 minutes of any exercizing routine: +1 point.

each 100 crunches: +2 points

1 mile walk : +1 point.

treadmill per 20 minutes: +2 points

Extras :

Big-Binge: -3 points

Binge : -2 points.

mini-binge: -1 point

Not exercizing : -1 point

taking vitamins: +1 point

Drinking soda/sweets: -1 point

Green tea : +1 point[per cup].

Resisting binge/craving : +1 point.

Giving into a craving: -1 point

each glass/bottle of water: +1 point

updating and commenting: +1 point

Definitions of Binges:

Big-Binge- over 800 calories

Binge- between 600 and 800 calories

Mini-Binge- between 400 and 600 calories
